Transform your Language dropdown menu - CCv3

For CubeCart v3.x.x.

Changes the dropdown language selector to a horizontal list which allows it to be placed anywhere on a skin without looking 'out of place'. Changes the functionality to only require a click on the language name (or flag image) required for the store to change to the selected language.

Placement of the new style language selector is then entirely up to you... it can go anywhere.

Instructions also included to remove the language title text, information on removing languages in the list and to make the currently active language highlighted (text and image versions).
