Sales calls are not chargeable, however we reserve the right to decide if a sales call becomes a support call. If you do require telephone support, we can arrange for a single payment to cover telephone costs and web developer rates. Thank you for your assistance in keeping our prices as low as possible.

Please allow up to 24 hours for an email reply. Office officially open Mon-Fri, 9am to 5.30pm. However we usually reply fairly promptly and do usually check our help desk and store outside of these times.
