RSS Feed for v4

An RSS feed helps you and your customers to monitor new and updated products without having to visit your shop. RSS feeds can also benefit your Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) methods.

Only products that are not hidden and are not out of stock are shown in the RSS feed. If you are using the CubeCart SEO mod, the RSS feed will contain SEO links.

Configurable options include:

• Limit the number of products listed (default 10, maximum 100).
• Category id specific. Restrict products to these category IDs (default is any category).
• Type of product, all, tangible or digital
• Featured products
• Popular products
• Show stock levels
• Include products that are out of stock
• If defined, strips all HTML from the feed.
• Show, or do not show products from sub-categories
• Exclude specific categories.
• Do not show the main image
• Do not show the price, the price will not show if set to '0'
• Full size images or thumbnails
• Show sale items
• Customise the feed title
• Ability to truncate large product descriptions
• Randomise the feed to change order over a specified number of days

Compatible with standard search engine friendly URLs only (native functionality), not SEO path related modifications. Ask before purchasing if you are unsure. Requires Ioncube Loaders to be installed, check with your hosting for compatibility before purchasing.
