eKomi feedback integration for Cubecart 3 and 4
"We run 3 websites on using Cubecart 3 and Cubecart 4 which we wanted to include independent customer feedback into using eKomi. For the feedback system to work on Cubecart, eKomi needed a bcc email of the completed order so they can email the customer a few days later requesting their feedback. The Cubecart 4 integration went fairly smoothly but we had some problems with CC3 (possibly because of previous modifications made to the site). We eventually opted for a modified version of Cart Designs “Follow up Email Mod” for CC3 which was modified to send the mails to eKomi rather than the customer.
