Terms of Use

The follow terms and conditions apply to the skins, templates and mods available from both Inspired Solutions and CartDesigns.net, both free and purchased.

1. We reserve the right to share your IP and or email address with other online stores, if your order is deemed fraudulent or is suspected of fraud.
2. All files included in the download are copyright Inspired Solutions, with the exception of works originally developed by Devellion Limited where copyright is recognised.
3. The website skin/template must display the copyright notice 'Designed by Inspired Solutions' text and hyperlink unless previously agreed in writing from Inspired Solutions. Permission to remove the copyright link may be in the form of an email from Inspired IT Solutions Limited or through the payment of a Rebranding/Copyright removal fee, if available.
4. Permission is granted to alter, update or amend any of the files supplied with the exception of changing the theme images to another theme supplied by Inspired Solutions, free or purchased. The copyright notice as implied must remain no matter what modification to the template files and skins are made.
5. In purchasing a skin or modification, you are licensed to use it on one server installation of CubeCart.
6. You may not re-distribute any of the template or mod files supplied as part of a package. Inspired Solutions recognises the copyright of Devellion Limited on the original code modified by Inspired Solutions.
7. IMPORTANT: Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES are our mods, free or commercial to appear for sale or free download on any other site without prior written permission from Inspired IT Solutions Limited. All works by Inspired IT Solutions Limited (and other developers with products available from our site) are copyrighted under intellectual property law, and will be enforced to the extent of the law.
8. We reserve the right to change the Terms and Conditions at any time.

Terms of Sale

The following applies to templates sold from CartDesigns.net and Inspired Solutions.

1. Templates and modifications are sold as seen. A demo of any skin or mod you wish to see can be made available, please contact us with a request.
2. The price as sold does not include installation of the skin or modification, unless otherwise indicated.
3. The special price for modification and skin installation can only be purchased at the time of sale. The cost of installation requested after the sale is based on an hourly rate unless otherwise agreed. If a product does not include an installation option, there is an installation service item you can purchase.
4. The purchase of CubeCart skins, templates and mods from Inspired Solutions or CartDesigns.net does not imply transfer of ownership rights to the purchaser. The pricing stated is for a license for general use of purchased product. It does not imply ownership of the code.
5. On occasion we update our skins and modifications making general improvements and bug fixes. The release version number is increased as a result. Inclusive updates are available for all mod and skin orders for a period of two years unless otherwise stated in the order. The updated version will be available if requested within this duration from the original order date only. Those not adhering to the license agreement are not eligible for updates.
6. Any problems/issues/bugs with purchased skins that may appear are fixed as part of the service. This does not apply to those who are not adhereing to the license agreement.
7. Refunds are not given in the event of dissatisfaction with the product as demos of specific skins and modifications are offered. "Try before you buy" is an important service we offer to ensure a design meets your needs. Money is only refunded if the product has NOT been downloaded.
8. Our VAT number is located on the order confirmation email for our UK customers.
9. Only purchase from this store and use the products if you agree to the terms and conditions as stated.

European Union Sales

We are now obliged to charge VAT on all EU sales.

According to EU VAT policies, we do have the option to not charge VAT where a valid VAT certificate can be provided. However due to the charges involved, we do not have the resources to validate each application, therefore we will be charging VAT on all sales within the EU.

VAT will be charged if you are in one of the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom.

Support

1. We provide a specific level of support upon the purchase of any and all of our mods and skins.
2. Support is offered when there are issues with bugs and errors relating to the installation and usage of the mods and skins.
3. We provide browser/design/version bug fixes and updates for the period the order is valid for updates.
4. Support is NOT provided for their general usage. Support is not implied for third-party sites associated to any mod or skin.
5. Issues with customer installation are only resolved with our installation service.
6. We do offer maintenance packages to meet your ongoing support requirements. Alternatively, we charge on a per hour basis for support.

Copyright Removal

Please note the copyright notice 'Designed by Inspired Solutions' text and hyperlink is required to be visible in accordance with the license agreement. We do have a copyright removal option available with some skins to remove our visible copyright notice, however this does not relinquish copyright ownership to the design. Unless this has been purchased, visible copyright must remain.

If you have purchased a skin prior and would like to remove our copyright, please contact us or purchase the copyright removal item within the services section. We currently charge £55 (plus VAT if UK/EU based) to remove our copyright notice.

Failure to purchase the copyright removal option and still remove our copyright notice constitutes fraud, and will be dealt with accordingly.

Fraud Alert Network

We participate in a Fraud Alert Network. Orders fraudulently claimed or used will have their details submitted to a central fraud alert list. The effect of this will mean other members of the Fraud Alert Network will be aware of the deception.
